The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) decided today, that nine investment parties are qualified to proceed to the Phase B (Binding Offers Phase) of the tender process for the acquisition of 30% in the share capital of the “Athens International Airport S.A.”.
The prequalified investment parties to participate in Phase B’ of the tender, that begins today, are (in alphabetical order):

3. Consortium of ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND S.C.A, SICAR and ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE FUND V B S.C.S. SICAV – RAIF

5. Consortium of MEIF 6 ATTIC INVESTMENT, RAFFLES INFRA HOLDING and CHENGDONG INVESTMENT CORPORATION
6. FERROVIAL INTERNATIONAL SE
7. FIRST STATE INVESTMENTS
8. GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE PARTNERS
9. VINCI AIRPORTS
The prequalified investment parties, after the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement, will receive the documents describing the procedure for the Phase B’ of the tender and will gain access to the Virtual Data Room for the asset.
