BlueGrowth initiative, which is under the auspice of Municipality of Piraeus, aims to inspire and support startups with innovative ideas relating to the blue economy, including shipping, tourism, fisheries, the marine ecosystem.
The process is carried out through the big BlueGrowth competition that was organized for the 4th year in a row, where teams that have submitted their proposals take part. The selected ones join the "incubation" program of BlueGrowth, which is carried out by Aephoria.net, building a strong foundation to enter the "business world". The final presentation of the teams that attended BlueGrowth’s incubation program will take place in the Posidonia International Shipping Exhibition.
BlueGrowth event is open to the public of Posidonia 2018 and certainly to anyone who is interested to attend. The attendance is free of charge.
