The presentation “Investing in Piraeus” by Angela Michalopoulou, Business Development Director, DKG Development, who analyzed current market dynamics and new demand trends, relating them to the uses of the Piraeus Gate properties and the international collaborations already agreed on the project.

And the speech “Partnerships & Synergies” by Andronikos Tsartsidis, Chief Investment Officer and BOD member, DKG Development, emphasizing the role of collaboration in sustainable development and the benefits that arise to partners through DKG Development’s projects.

Guests also viewed a video overview of the Piraeus Gate development before enjoying a networking session with wine and finger food in the venue’s foyer.

 Mayor Giannis Moralis stated:

“Piraeus is evolving and attracting strategic investments that generate jobs, improve the city’s image, and enhance the quality of life for our citizens. We welcome every private initiative that brings vision and responsibility to our city’s transformation.”
