DKG Development signs long-term lease agreement with Libere Hospitality Group for “B48 Athens Dafni” serviced apartment project.
DKG Development, a leading player in Greece’s investment real estate and serviced apartment markets, announces a new strategic partnership with Libere Hospitality Group, the Spanish serviced apartment leader.
Libere will take over long-term management of “B48 Athens Dafni” a modern complex of 57 serviced apartments located in Dafni, Athens — a centric location with direct metro access and close proximity to universities and commercial centers. Each unit is individually owned and available for sale with a guaranteed return. Already, 25 out of 57 units have been sold to both Greek and international investors.
The serviced apartment sector in Athens is gaining momentum as it meets the growing demand for flexible housing solutions from students, professionals, and travelers. The lack of high-quality supply in this category presents strong investment potential.
