DKG Development announces its collaboration with Líbere Hospitality Group in two flagship assets in the Piraeús Gate Project

DKG Development, a fast-growing real estate development company with a focus on residential, commercial, and tourist properties, announces a new strategic partnership with the dynamically growing European Hospitality Group, LIBERE HOSPITALITY GROUP (LHG). LHG is the Spanish leader in the alternative hospitality segment, with a strong focus on design and technology embraces new concepts of accommodation, more personal, sustainable, and modern.
This collaboration marks the entrance of the Spanish Group in Greece through the long-term lease agreements of two properties in DKG Development’s flagship urban mixed-use redevelopment project PIRAEÚS GATE.


PIRAEÚS GATE seeks to transform a neglected industrial landscape into a dynamic and multifunc-tional urban fabric, at the entrance of Piraeus, at the crossroads of the two main avenues connecting Piraeus with the center of Athens and the Athenian Riviera. At the heart of the project lies the development of a series of buildings that will incorporate modern architectural solutions respecting the historicity and identity of the area and creating a model neighborhood of sustainability, entrepreneurship, inclusion, and culture. At PIRAEÚS GATE, the buildings will be LEED-certified and the project as a whole will be the first LEED-certified neighborhood in Greece.

LIBERE HOSPITALITY GROUP, through its brand LIBERE, will operate two separate properties SKY-BLUE and URBAN GL both located at Gr. Lambraki str.

  • Project SKYBLUE, is a greenfield development, a 12-level building with retail on the ground floor and 32 residential units on the floors above, ranging from 22 sqm to 39 sqm each.
  • Project URBAN GL, a brownfield development, with a ground floor, mezzanine, and 6 floors above, consists of 66 apartments, ranging from 16sqm to 36sqm spread on floors 1st – 6th.

LIBERE HOSPITALITY GROUP will operate both assets as serviced apartments. The properties will be constructed by DKG Development, according to LHG Group brand specifications, and will be deliv-ered turnkey in Q4 2026.
